This fall and winter, join Ahnara for a series of gentle community gatherings at the NoBo Library — moments of stillness, poetry, and quiet reflection. Each event offers a soft space to pause, listen, and return to the rhythm of breath and the living Earth.
🌿 Whispers from the Walk – A Quiet Gathering with the Living Earth
Friday, November 7 | 2:00–3:00 p.m.
Poetic scroll readings, reflection, and shared stillness inspired by the natural world.
🌙 Lullabies for the Earth – Songs for Rest & Renewal
Friday, December 5 | 2:00–3:00 p.m.
A tender hour of lullabies, scrolls, and Earth-centered rest.

Friday, January 9 | 2:00–3:00 p.m.
Poetic readings and quiet reflection to welcome the year in stillness and light.
All gatherings are free and open to adults and older teens who enjoy quiet reflection.

New Page: Household Scrolls ✧
A new series has begun — Household Scrolls, blessings for the spaces that hold us.
Every dwelling carries a soul.
These scrolls are written for anyone, anywhere —
from a single rented room,
to a quiet apartment,
to a family home.
The first entries are now live:

May they remind you that every home breathes,
and every act of care can bless.
Years ago, when I shared my Joyful Home vision with an architect, he noted that it echoed the spirit of Christopher Alexander’s A Pattern Language. That book spoke of patterns of belonging and design. In their own way, the Household Scrolls carry that conversation forward — not only in walls and rooms, but in breath, blessing, and the quiet way a home is lived.

Blessings Now Offered at Spruce Confections
Today, a jar of blessing scrolls was received with joy at Spruce Confections in Boulder. The display is now resting near the front counter, free for visitors to take and carry as they wish.
✧ “We love them,” they said.
And the field opened wider.
Stop by, receive a scroll, and sip something sweet.
The offering was made in breath — and received in kind.
